So...you're a savvy buyer and you really like the house, but how do you know if the neighborhood if "safe"?

eho logo"Is this a safe neighborhood?" you wonder.

Well, if you're working w/me and you ask me that question, I'll tell that, as a REALTOR, I can't answer that question for you

I'll tell you that "safe" is totally subjective, and you need to check out that type of information for yourself.

Then I'll guide you to the information you need to make an informed decision.

I'll tell you to go to CrimeReports.com, put in the address of the home you are interested in buying, and then evaluate the results.

Try it out for yourself.  The information provided is absolutely awesome.

It includes--

  • an interactive map
  • details of the specific crime that was reported by the local jurisdiction
  • the specific ADDRESS of the crime!
  • ad-free site for official police-to-public communication
  • the opportunity to sign up for FREE reports to be sent automtically to your inbox

Best of all, it's all FREE and everyone likes FREE, don't they?

Wait a minute!

Maybe you shouldn't go to this site.  I may never sell a home again once word gets out.  Afterall, I have yet to enter an address and get a result of 0 hits!
