I'm counting down to January 1st to enter to win this years HGTV Dream Home Contest... Yes, you could win a free home. I know it's crazy, but for the 3 people that haven't heard about this contest before, get excited NOW!

The HGTV Dream Home Giveaway is something that I look forward to every year...

I love HGTV, I'd watch 24/7 if I could. One of my favorite Dream Homes was the house in St. Mary's Georgia - pictured above. I'm such an home enthusiast that I had my husband drive me up to look at the house. It was gorgeous - I didn't want to leave!

These houses are so huge and monsterous, dont seem they fit in the area that they are built. Owning a house so big is not as fun as it looks, lots of money to upkeep.

I check the house out, it has ceilings and walls the same color. We do ceiling with a tinted down color of the walls. I like it with the same color. I been tired of whites for a while.

I enjoy looking at these homes but could not afford to win. Can you imagine the taxes. Most people that win cannot keep the house as they cannot afford the taxes and upkeep
