Santa is Coming to Oak Bay

Hi Donna..The Other Realtor says his client now wants to review everything and put a Hold on their offer, which is Fine I'd rather they know what they want before trying to Buy it. Besides I'm having an Open House tomorrow.

Hi Debbie....we seldom get Snow here, certainly not in December very often, so I'll send you the 5" we got Saturday Night. Our City does not own snow removal equipment just trucks with Blades on the front, so it takes a few days to clear the streets. When you're done with it pass it off to someone else.

Hi Vickie.....Our weather has gotten very Cold for Victoria (12 degree`s below Normal) having said that activity at my Open today was slow, but serious Buyers looking. I expect it`ll be after Christmas before I see an offer, as the cold weather is here plus more Snow is coming again this weekend. This weather shuts down our city, plus it`s Christmas next week!

Hi Gena...You Are Right, in fact we're working on an offer, they are $20,000 Apart, lets hope nobody regrets this after Christmas. It priced very well and will sell soon, we've had a record Snow Fall for Victoria(it never Snows in Victoria), which has slowed showings.. In fact we've only Snow 5 Times since 1940 at Christmas.
