The Hewlett-Packard center, Central New Mexico campus & University of New Mexico campus are all moving forward with ground breaking for each of their prospective facilities in the Rio Rancho City Center. Looking into water issues along with Rio Rancho’s infrastructure is also in development. This onward momentum is a benefit for the city and people of Rio Rancho. Rio Rancho City Councilors had a busy night... The Star Center in Rio Rancho will be going under contract with different management. City councilors voted to approve termination of the current management team and are ready to take a look at new proposals from other teams. Officials also approved items assisting Hewlett-Packard with their move to Rio Rancho. Plans are in the works for HP to break ground in January for its new customer support center. Also breaking ground in January, will be the UNM City Center campus which the councilors were able take a peek at during a presentation. More from the Journal...
