"MUST READ" for those with FHA MORTGAGES!

If yo have an FHA mortgage I urgently advise you to speak with (ME) a loan officer to see if there is a benefit to possibly doing a Streamline Refinance into a better rate and or term. Rates are low right now and there is no telling how long they will stay down.

These loans are a specialty type loan with FHA that enables you to reduce your rate and/or term with NO INCOME or CREDIT QUALIFYING. These can be done WITH or WITHOUT a New Appraisal.

There is very little needed to qualify for this loan product.

Also, these loans can be processed very quickly.
