What type of Real Estate Agents Believe in Home Staging?

By
Home Stager with Capital Home Staging & Design

Now what type of Real Estate Agent believes in home staging? is it the more weatherd agents that's been around the block (so to speak) so they realize the importance, how about the new graduate just starting out? part time agents? full time agents? is their an answer to this question?

From my experince of agents  I am currently working with 1 is young hip and cutting edge male that uses stagers for EVERY house, 3 are full time female agents that understand the importance of marketing using a stager for consultations and suggesting to complete the process, 1 is a young female that calls ocasionally when she feels the home is completely beyond hope. and a few more that I just can not tell what they think!

so it's the young male agents and the slightly older females that I feel understand the whole staging process the best. Maybe this is the influences we get from Ottawa but what are your thoughts? are you an agent that uses a home stager if so why did you choose who you chose?

Hi Kristy;

I think all Real Estate Agents should believe in home staging and use it when it is needed. Happy Holiday!

Thank you Anthony! I find the agents that use home stagers are more successful than the ones that use them on occasion. Every home should be staged there is ALWAYS something that I find wrong with the home somewhere that needs to be addressed!

Especially with a recession each home has so much competition so we really need to up the antae with what were selling! home buyers are always looking for MORE for LESS of a price!
