I've realized this is a business that could easily take off, especially due to the economy. It's kind of overwhelming. In the past few months I have seen teams downsize, and tighten their belts. What does that mean to a Transaction Coordinator? Well if you are a contract TC it's a huge bonus. Agents who were typically giving their listings and contracts to their salaried staff are now contracting this work out. BONUS TO US!!! Be prepared. This is coming. Getting your systems in place is the only way to be successful, but where do we draw the line? At what point do we say enough is enough? Is there a workload we cannot handle single-handedly? When do we higher a part-timer to help us out? Any thoughts?
