Fabulous things are happening at Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS® (FAAR).  March 3, 2009, FAAR will be hosting a REBarCamp at its office.

Hopefully you caught the details on the FAAR Forum or VARBuzz.com.  If not you may want to be prepared so you can be one of the lucky ones to take part in this all day learning experience.

VAR has gotten on board with the national REBarCamp movement where bloggers will be teaching bloggers the dos and don'ts of blogging.  What better way to spend your day.

The instructions will be held in FAAR's state of the art classroom which will enable us to have free wifi.

Although all of the details have not been established as yet, the time is tentatively set for 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Be sure to watch for updates so you don't miss out on this opportunity.

Here is the link to the original article, http://faarforum.com/2008/12/faarbarcamp/.   I called FAAR to ask about registration and was told by Matthew Rathburn, Education Director, that at this time they are not planning to register people as they feel they have enough space to accommodate those that show up.

Hi Naoma...I'm sorry to hear that.  I was just at FAAR for a meeting today and had no idea they have closed registration.

I'll check on it tomorrow and if anything has changed I'll let you know.
