10 Comments on Could you spend $86,400 every day?
I spend all mine every day.. .some days wisely and some days foolishly, but I do spend them, otherwise I wouldn't be waking up the next day and thats when the spending stops. Even those I spend foolishly are not wasted, because I'm alive, and I appreciate that! :)
As I look back over my adult life I can definitely see how I could have spent many of my seconds, minutes, hours, days, etc. more wisely.
Hi Richard... as with most things in life, hindsight is 20/20. What we need to do is focus on spending tomorrow's 86,400 seconds wisely and with purpose.
Gail,
Good for you I could tell you enjoy every minute of every day.
Shirley,
The good part is it is never to late.
Steve,
I think you hit it on the head.
Great comparison! I never thought about it that way but it's true.
That is a very interesting comparison Richard. Thanks for provoking some thought on this cold and dreary day.
Wow? what a way to think and do we really need all the seconds in a day. I am going to ponder this and come back to see how everyone else looked at it.
David, Patrick and Charles - thanks for your comments.
I'm not sure we need all the seconds in a day, but just like dollars they should not be wasted.
Thanks for this great information, I will be sure to pass it on
