Our office is conveniently located in central Boca Raton. It offers 3 conference rooms, a large reception area, a kitchen area, a training room, a multi-purpose room, 2 bathrooms, and multiple work areas and offices. It is elegantly furnished with the highest level of tools and equipment to enable our agents to provide the hightest level of service possible.

Directions from the Florida Turnpike: Take the Glades Road exit, go east on Glades Road, go south on Powerline/Jog Road, as soon as you pass Boca Grove Blvd our building is on the right side of the road. We are on the first floor, in the center, facing Powerline Road, right behind our reserved parking spaces.

Directions from I95 south of Boca Raton: Take the Palmetto Park Road exit, go west on Palmetto Park Road, go north on Powerline Road, turn left on Boca Grove Blvd, turn left just in front of the guard gate into the parking lot. That is our parking lot. We are on the first floor, in the center, facing Powerline Road, right behind our reserved parking spaces.

Jennifer, Your office looks fabulous. Our office is 3 years young and our owners did a great job with the design as well. BTW, my sister lived in Boca for 7 years and we visited there not long ago and it was gorgeous! Best of luck to you.

Oh my but I bet you are excited! This is a beautiful setting to work in. I am sure your agents are very excited.....If I lived in Boca I would be knocking on your door. Guess I can just send my referrals there knowing they will be steeped in luxury!

When you get settled in maybe you can do a "share" blog about how to set up that IDX search panel on your blog instead of just buttons! :-)

Beautiful office - I am with RE/MAX in Michigan and we have a small "boutique" office - can't imagine what it would be like to have all the agents you must have or looking to have. I too am interested in how you put the IDX button at the bottom. Brad Andersohn posted about it and you will probably get a lot of visits. Good Job with showcasing your new office.

Barb - Thanks! The search box is an iframe of a widget. The widget is provided by RE/MAX but you can iframe anything on the web. Go to Leadstreet and under set up go to IDX powersearch. The widget is there and will generate the iframe code for you.

Hi Jenniffer...Your office spaces look wonderful but not for me. What would I do with all my papers??? They would look so out of place. You would need to find a place to hide me.

Jonathan & Corinne - Sorry to hear that. I've seen some go that way and I've got other who are coming on board despite the fees because they want the tools, higher split, and the great tools. Our typical agents do far more deals per year than that. The full-time agents are usually happy with us.
