I just wrote a blog a few days ago about it now being time to buy.  In the following days, unrelated to my blog, I wrote 2 offers.  I have now lowered a price on a gulf front 1bd property to an all time low of 189,900.00.  I have already recieved my first call.  Yep, It is time to buy!
