What in the world does this have to do with real estate? Isn't this a real estate network?
Michael, if you don't like it, go to someone else's post. It's a real estate network, in a free country. I honestly don't understand why people feel like they need to comment negatively about nice things. Sorry Tammy, to barge in. It's a bad habit of mine.
Well Michael- I grow green roses to be different and in my profession I dare to be different as well. And is the a real estate network? or is this a social network of real estate professionals? I have found it to be the latter.
And Susan- feel free to barge in anytime. And I grow roses from usually February to November so at least the season isn't long that I'm without them.
Kathy- The red is beautiful, the green rose is unique- it came from a cutting that came from my grandmother's yard. I love that I am different and I love that ugly little green rose bush.
Edward & Celia- thanks
Angelia- Been a while since I got roses, a couple of anniversaries ago, but they were beauties. I love gorwing them more because they smell so good.
Tammy - I love the R. Viridiflora otherwise known as the Green Rose. People either love it or hate it. If you are not a member of the American Rose Society, I invite you to join. www.ars.org.
That "green rose" came from a cutting from one that was in my Grandmother's yard for over 50 years. Hers came from a cutting of one that my great great grandmother brought from Ireland. I've never heard of the American Rose Society, but I'm headed to check it out. Thanks.
Hey, we've still got roses blooming in northern Cal! I cut the buds yesterday and brought them indoors to open because it's getting a tad chilly out there. Believe it -- we had frost! A few miles away in the foothills -- they had snow. I, too, had never seen a green rose before now. Pretty cool!
Hi Tammy- I love the point you're making and the ancestral connection to the green rose...of course it had to come from Ireland LOL
Maybe Michael was just having a bad day, it happens!
and isn't Susan the feisty little thing...I want her in my corner ;-)
Gail- Yes I did try and give Michael the benefit of having a bad day. And I adore Susan and would want her to have my back anytime. That one little rose bush that my great grandmother came with has grown to a family of over 50 with all the kids and grandchildren and now some of us great grandchildren having ones as well. When I planted the one I got from my Aunt Pippi I was a sceptic over if I could make it grow. MY THUMBS ARE NOT GREEN. But I placed an angel beside it and it has done so well.
No worries Gail. If someone is mean to you and I see it, I will feel free to interfere. I'm an Italian budinksi!
Tammy - Watch out the someone who doesn't respect your roots (no pun, really ;-)
Susan- I'm married to an Italian...budinksi...?!?...is that like having a Har*-*n. Private email for interpretation ;-)
Tammy, I thought you'd get a kick out of the fact that Michael is over at Chris Fisher's post and doesn't understand Wordless Wednesday either!! Lol!!
Ah yes I find him amusing. I think maybe it is his disgruntled way to get 25 points! LOL
