There were 14 residential properties sold in Tate County during the month of November.  That number remained unchanged from the previous month.  The average sales price was moderately higher at $135,271.  The average days on the market (DOM) was 126 days.

Comparisions for last month and last year:

October 2008     14 sold     Avg. $118,589
November 2007  11 sold     Avg. $103,436

There are currently 170 active residential listings in Tate County which translate into a 12.8 months supply of inventory (using a 3-month average).  Current prices range from $35,000 to $540,000.  The median price is $165,000.
