This home is in top condition.  If you need a large home in a great central location we have found it for you.  This is a four bedroom home with lots of open space.  The dining room, kitchen, and living room are all open to each other giving  a feeling of spaciousness.  In addition, the family room in the lower level is just huge, I believe you could play a soccer game in there.

With a large detached garage and paved circular driveway, the exterior of the home looks nice as well.  The lawn around the back and sides of the house make a great place for children to play, the fact that this property is surrounded by woods lends to the feeling of privacy. 

Here is a link to the google map which shows that it is only about 2 miles from downtown Wasilla.  As you can see, the Mat-Su Borough values this home at $353,300 but the owner would like to move to Washington DC so he is asking only $340,000. 

Notice also that this home is more than 4,200 square feet.  That makes this home only $80 per square foot which is almost unheard of for this amount of finished square footage.  And the lot, garage, and landscaping is just thrown in for free with that $80 per square foot.  At this time, there is only one home on the market that has a lower square foot price, and that one is partially unfinished.
