Many of you are probably familiar with the game of Chess. The game ends, when your king gets captured we call this checkmate. In the world of business you may be trying to checkmate your competition, by capturing the business that they may fail to see. In the game of chess you can gain ground on your opponent simply because of one move they missed. Same thing in the real estate world, always watch your moves by setting clear goals. Watch your opponents moves as well, look at what they are doing successfully and then do it better. Look for the checkmate.
