Daniel,

I am not sure about the laws in IL, but in Florida only a licensed mortgage broker, lender, or correspondent lender is allowed to quote rates. Your profile does not list you as one of these. Also, when quoting rates you need to include the terms of these rates (IE loan amount, Loan to Value Ratio, etc)... I would be very careful in posting rates like this... Just giving you a heads up so you can make sure that you are in compliance.
