This is where HELP program comes into play. This service is provided by the Rainy Day Foundation and is a saftey net for homeowners who need protection from the unexpected.
The program offers the following benefits for participating homeowners:
Mortgage Protection Program (job loss insurance)
Rainy Day Program: During the first year or so of home-ownership, Rainy Day Foundation may have available an emergency pool of funds to assist home-buyers in keeping current or making them current on their mortgage payments.
