Over Priced Homes

I think evey seller out there thinks there home is worth more then it is. With the market the way it is (slow) how do you all let sells know in a nice way. There home is not worth what they think it is. I show them comps and they all say my house is different and better then all of the homes that have sold in the past.

Your input would be greatly appreciated!
