Hello everyone, I am looking for verbiage ideas to put in my home inspection report that will help all Realtors promote home warranties. 

Too often home inspectors are blamed for spoiling a sale or being too negative in their reports.  In reality we are hired to point out the condition of the house and report on them.  In the future I will write other blogs for you to positively effect the design of my reports.
