The average price of homes sold in November was $294,066 and only one home sold over $400,000. The homes priced $200,000 to $300,000 are moving quickly. The average percentage of list price to sold price was 94.6%. Meaning not only are the homes moving fairly quickly but the sellers are getting close to a full asking price in many instances.
20 new listings came on the market in November and 8 so far in December. Of the 90 homes on the market, five are listed as short sales and one is a bank owned home. 16 homes are currently under contract.
