Their 1314 plan, The Hudson, is the floor plan you can build for mid $150k and if something larger interests you, check out their 2 master bedroom plan, which can also be a 3 bedroom plan called The Cheasapeke, 2123 sq feet, for just under $199k.  Also you can do a2075 sq feet 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom townhome called The Prince for the mid $190k.  My favorite plan is one of their new two-story plans called The Ellington measuring in at 1490 sq feet.  It boasts 20 foot soaring ceilings at the Family Room, an oversized 16x16 foot master bedroom with 2 Master Walk in Closets, an open study off the stairs on the 2nd level, a secondary bedroom with an in suite Walk in Closet and Bathroom, oversized garage, and huge open kitchen with floating island and lots of cabinet space!  All of this magnificent plan for only 164,990.  The promotion that they are currently running includes:
Granite Countertops at the kitchen with deep stainless steel double bowl sink
Wrought Iron Stair Spindles
2 inch Feaux Wood Blinds

$5,000 toward closing costs or for upgrades
Wall has exterior stone as a standard option on all the elevations and their on site architect has done an amazing job making the elevations flow smoothly to make a very attractive visual appearance.  Their is also a community pool and common areas throughout with an option to have a fenced in yard if you are able to pay the premium for a corner or oversized lot.  This is a perfect fit for you if you have dogs or children that you want to keep a close eye on.  And remember, that Wall can customize your floor plan so adding a covered patio or cedar arbor off of the first level and into your side/back yard is always an option as well. 
 
The location of this community is probably my favorite thing and another reason why I think it is such a great value.  Lakeridge Townhomes is conveniently located off of HWY 121 and Standridge Dr. sandwiched in between a 5 minute drive to I-35 to the west or The Dallas Tollway to the east.  Lakeridge residents can also take a quick bike ride or walk less than a mile to Lake Lewisville's popular boat dock and restaurant at Pier 121 Marina and Yacht Club.  You can literally see the lake from 2nd and 3rd level views in some of the properties---you are really that close to the lake.  And trust me, that has attracted many boat owners and lake enthusiasts to purchase at Lakeridge Townhomes.  Also, you are less than 5 minutes from the entertainment, dining, shopping and excitement of Frisco.  Lakeridge Townhomes also houses many pilots, flight attendants and DFW Airport Employees as the community is very conveniently located only 20 minutes from DFW Airport.  You will not find anything in this price range with these amenities closer to the airport for new construction.  Hence the excitement from our DFW Airport Patrons.  I believe there are currently 3 Pilots in Lakeridge Townhomes to date, and growing.  Also, if you need to get to Denton, Ft Worth, Southlake, HEB Area, Arlington, Mckinney, Plano, Downtown Dallas, or Sherman....this location is centrally perfect and perfectly priced!
