Madison's Daniel Hand High School gains top honors in US News & World Report

Madison's Daniel Hand High School has recieved Silver Medal Honors. US News & World Report in collaboration with Schools Evaluation Services analyzed academic and enrollment datat from more than 21,000 public high schools around the nation. Tom that is a big honor. We wrestle them every year and they always have a good team, so I know they have a good sports program.

George, One of the things that makes our sports programs so competitive is the level of participation. My daughter plays field hockey, which we continue knocking on the door for the state championship, and the banquet was this past weekend...what a great group of girls and a lot of them...the freshman team had over 25 players. Even our band is huge....I think one of the things that makes a great community is involvement and we certainly have that..Tom
