Oh, my gosh.

I you haven't heard you will soon.

I just read that the FED has cut the federal fund rates (the rate that banks charge each other)...which means that mortgage rates will soon be dropping also.

If you have been in your house for a while and you have a good income and good credit score just NOW might be the opportunity to refinance that home loan that you might feel is looming over your head.

Go ahead, pick up the phone and do something about it NOW.

Hey Sheila, did they just announced it today? We started on a refi last week but the rates inched up. Of course we are kicking ourselves for not locking but it was too early and we couldn't have done it yet!

It is a great time to buy! :) Yes, Im back online for the blogging this December. I cut bloggin out and devoted to team building.
