Whats an agent to do?

I have a client who is interested in a rather expensive piece of commercial land and the listing agent won't return phone calls. I have called e-mailed screamed. I guess I will go to his office tomorrow and get what I need. Anyone ever have this problem?

This rarely happens, but it does once in a while. Perhaps it is because the agent thinks he/she might have a customer for the property and doesn't want to "share" with you.

I suggest you call the office broker and say you're trying to get info on xyz property. They will most likely provide it for you (and make the other agent look bad).
