However there have also been 274 sales in Little Egg Harbor/ Tuckerton since January 1st, 2008 through today with 25 houses waiting to close. The average list price of these homes was @ $265,000 and the average sale price of these homes was @ $249,000. However remember this is a average of every sale in this area from waterfront to upland to adult community to condo. There are homes considerably less than the average sales price and there are homes considerably more than the average sales price.
