It seems that Buyers are finally getting great deals!!! Charlottesville Santa

Our Charlottesville Real Estate Group is busy with listings and "buyers" pushing into the end of the year... I am sure your market is getting busier too...

Is the the Santa Claus Rally?
(Real Estate Rally)

I am not sure but with the Fed dropping rates to near Zero, when is a better time to be a buyer?
Surly it was not time to buy 2 years ago...(hindsight is great)...

Personally I am out looking for another investment property in our Charlottesville market. If you are willing to hold an investment for 10 years, you might want to look at options too...

As Buffett says (I may be mis-quoting him) Be Greedy when others are Fearful...

Will we look back on these days as a great investment time? Have you ever said.... I should have....?

Charles I think it is a smart move. This could be one of the greatest periods of buying opportunities in history!

Bill it may be the best time. One thing is for sure, it is a better time than 2 years ago...

Seize the moment, the opportunity.  Looking back gets you nowhere but in the past.  You have to plan and see the possibilities that the future brings.  So go buy now and smile later.

Yes, I wish I could "push" some of my on the fence buyers to moving on the deals NOW...some are so confused and scared with all of the turmoil though....

I am starting to think the bottom may be forming just ahead - I think most buyers will still just proceed with caution.

Charles, have heard from other agents that things are starting to get busy for them right now too. Maybe we will all have something other than beans and franks for Christmas dinner...
