Working in the office or your private office

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Hometown

I prefer to work in my private office. Less distractions, agents coming up to shoot the breeze or ask me questions. I come to work to work and that is why I prefer to be in my own office. I have all the tools I need laser printer, fax machine, server, four additional computers and so much more.

The office I used to work at, was a conventional broker and too much time was wasted with meetings. Any sells meeting we ever had didn't do a thing for what I was doing in the business. First of all I have had a Long Distance Company I was the owner and sales manager. I use to have meetings and I use to respect someone who would say show me. I would go out, pick up the phone but I would get a deal. In Real Estate the managers are managers because they could not make it in the business. Why would you become a manager when you can make as much as you want. How can I respect what they say they aren't doing it.

To sum up my preference is in my office. I will reach my goals because I run my ship my way my meetings come from industry experience out in the field. I attend several seminars a year and stay on the cutting edge.

I am working out of my home office until our new office is ready.  I am struggling.  I do go into a keller williams office a couple of times a week to drop off paper work and take classes.  I liked it at first but have been doing it since March.  I am bored with myself.  I spend too much time talking to the people who live in my computer.  Like right now..... if you know what I mean.  I am not sure this is healthy for me.
