I am an expat, well kind off...I don't really have a home. Sometimes this makes my wife a little uneasy because she likes things to be a little more constant, but I figure since we don't have kids yet, I can get away with it for a little longer. This nomadism has taken me to some pretty cool places, mainly in Latin America like Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia and Argentina. Currently I live most of the year in Bogota, Colombia. I have never been to Panama, but have heard a lot of great things about it so I decided to reach out to Lin Ronald, real estate broker/expat from New Zealand. He is a really cool guy...the kind of guy you would want to grab a beer with. He was a sailor for years and has lived all over the world. A few years back he decided to make Bocas del Toro, Panama his home. I interviewed him to learn a little more about Bocas...who knows maybe I'll have a stint out there at some point in my life.
