Hey Bruce,

I am new to ActiveRain and I saw your blog. I thank you for your explanation on the interest rates. I am a Realtor in Columbus, GA. and had just received several emails telling me the rates were down but your blog explained why.

I used to live in Ft. Leavenworth, KS and enjoyed going to Kansas City, MO. I loved it there except for the weather (right now it is 76 degrees). Snow did not agree with this Georgia girl.

Thanks Vickie. I post these each day and it's a great tool to use with your clients if they wonder what they're hearing.

And I can certainly sympathize with the weather. As I type this it is 12 degrees and the roads have been snow covered for a couple days! I'd rather be where you are!
