Low Interest Rates - Logan Utah Real Estate

Mortgage rates have been quoted today at 4.75%......who would have thought that we would see this EVER! A lender friend of mine today told me that they are swamped with clients coming in to refinance. My question is this: When are all the buyers going to realize that it is a great time to purchase Real Estate in Logan Utah? Buyers who can qualify need to get off the fence and take advantage of the low rates and motivated sellers. What are they waiting for?

There are numerous homes for sale in Logan Utah which means there is a huge OPPORTUNITY to invest in Real Estate! Even if homes remain at the same prices and are slow to appreciate for a little while....rates aren't guaranteed to stay this low.
