Are you thinking about a new home in 2009?

If a move is in your future, the first step in home buying is to get pre-approved for a home mortgage. With the recent changes in the economy, the lending requirements have changed as well. The good news is that interest rates are currently at a historically low rate.

If you need a referral for a loan officer, you can give me a call or send me an email, and I can refer you to an experienced loan officer. You need to know what kind of mortgage you qualify for and which loan programs are available to you.

You may find that you need a little time to save more money for a down payment or to resolve some outstanding credit issues.

If you are hoping to buy a home in 2009, I can also discuss the home buying process with you. This may be your first home or you may be relocating from out of state. Real estate sales vary from state to state, and even from region to region within the same state.

2009 should still provide buyers with many great opportunities to buy a home at an exceptional value.
