It was taken about midnight, through a storefront window at Provincia, a store in Provincetown Massachusetts. The lighting on the display was so eerie, I just had to get a photo of it.
Hey Rich, What does one do with one of those bodiless heads? If I woke up to either of those in the middle of the night, it would probably scare the wits out of me. Reminds me of a scene in the movie, Silence of the Lambs, when Clarise finds the headless body in a jar in the storage shed.
Reminds me of one of the Mexican restaurants I eat at quite often. The have "Mexican Picassos" on all the walls. If the food and margaritas (and eye candy) wasn't so good, I'd get sick from looking at the walls -- LOL.
I see Russel's been here. I thought the same thing that he put in his comment (except that he left the "y" off of "they" -- I'll have to hassle him about that -- he's a stickler for grammar and typos).
The restaurant is Baja Betty's Mexican Grill. They have a lot of interesting art on the wall, but then they have some interesting menu items, too, like Mexi-Queen cheese dip, kick-ass margarita, sista's sope, la tostada fabulosa, "eye candy," and more. Take a look at their web site and I'm sure you'll know exactly why Russel and I go there. Alright, I admit that "eye candy" isn't on the menu. It should be.
Best wishes for health, happiness, peace, and prosperity in 2009.

Interesting overtones of Picasso. Eat up ladies and enjoy those apples.
