December in Minnesota is not normally a booming time for real estate sales. I have had slower December's and January's most of my real estate career. Thankfully this year is different. I have six offers I am waiting to hear back on and have one already accepted this week!! Plus appointments to write up two more offers!
This is where all the phone calls, emails and lead follow up pays off. With the rates being low and prices getting lower its a great time to buy and thankfully I have kept in contact with a lot of people! Wouldn't it be nice to get 2009 of to a fabulous start? I'm feeling great about it right now! Keep the faith!
