I have been lucky in the last few months. I have had a few closings. Every one of them have had different issues. One listing had major, major work and finally closed. the seller of another was so upset because he had to sell for a price that he thought was low and unfair due to all the foreclosure comps in the area. I had another where the buyer almost didn't get the loan because he owned too many investment properties. This week I have one closing in which we are out of contract because of the listing agent now doing her job. Last but not least, yeaterday, I opened escrow on another and today I found out that the lender had a problem with this title company on a closed escrow in another city. I guess it was a fraud issue and the lender wanted the title company to make front and back copies of all the checks from the buyers and sellers. This lende is out of Texas. The title compay said they could not accommodate them as California has strict privacy laws. The lender told them that they will not do any business with them again. I had to open escrow with another title company. Do you have issues with all your transactions too?

Oh the stories I could tell that I hear from Realtors as they call to postpone, reschedule, and cancel home inspections. Just amazing what's going on out there.
