A Broker you say?  Why would people in Elkhart Indiana care about such a thing? And what is it anyway?To me it means more education.  I had a goal-to become a Broker-and I took the course, passed it and then made myself go take the state test.  I passed it just yesterday!  I learned more detail in order to provide even better service to my Clients now and my Clients that I haven't met yet. 2009 is going to be a fantastic year for me and a year of hope for many residents here in Elkhart Indiana. 

Elkhart received Nationwide Attention with our unemployement rate from ABCNews a short while ago. We were attributed to being the highest unemployed community according to them.  So those who are out of work here have hope that they will find a job in 2009.  They hope someone will care about them in the scariest time of their life.  Some of them, though not all are behind in their Mortgage Payments and are in the stages of foreclosure or will be very soon.  This has got to be a very scary thing for them.  And no one is talking about it.  The pre-foreclosure numbers are high and they hope their names get lost in the list and no one will know.  This is what I specialize in.  Help.  Information.  Answers.
