Through my career with Century 21 I , like most agents have searched far and wide for marketing items, pieces, and advantages to set me apart from the pack.  I have grown to like the Century 21 brand and everything that it stands for.  We, as Century 21 agents are offered a free, internal service, 21 Online.  Many of the agents in my office do not use this service to it's fullest potential.

Do you use 21 online on a daily basis as I do.  Some of the great features they offer are e-greetings, monthly newsletters such as; Life at home, fine homes and estates, and a real estate investment journal.  I personally send the life at home newsletter on a monthly basis, and send e greetings whenever I have a new listing, sold property, or an open house.   I also you a link through 21 online to Merrill Marketing.  I use the AD studio to generate logos for advertising, and mailing pieces to my farm area.

Why would anyone not use this service if it is free to us?

There is nothing wrong with using the Corporate Systems but keep up with other marketing options.  You never know when the Company will decide to discontinue a service or decide to CHARGE agents.

Our company has been pushing the corporate web site for a few years and now they expect us to PAY to have enhanced listings.  If we don't pay a fee similar to Realtor.Com our listing is quite plain.  Hopefully most agents will not accept this non-sense, we already pay a marketing fee in addition to the company split.

21 Online is a great compliment to your business.  I agree that it seems many agents do not take advantage of what we are offered as being a part of the Century 21 system.

I also use the Life @ Home newsletter feature as well as the enhanced listings capability. Since we "pay" for these through royalty fees, etc, why not use them?

When I was with C21 I always used 21 Online.  No sense in paying extra money for things you're already getting.  It had some nice template presentations too

I am having fun exploring C21 online. There are some great tools there for us and the tutorials are pretty easy to follow! I too like what the company stands for. It was a great experience with a C21 agent that made me seek tem out when I started in this industry!

21online is a really useful system.  The most recent improvements have made it easier to tap into than ever before.  I would like a broader assortment of egreetings and templates for property fliers.  Other than that, it's a good tool.  It's the branding on all the items that, I think, makes the difference.  In response to another poster, there is no additional charge now (other than the royalties we pay) so why nont use it.  To avoid it because you are afraid that a chare will be levied sometime in the future doesn't make too much sense.

I agree DP   I believe that the royalty fee pays for these wonderful items.  I do not look at it in sense of a cost to us.  The is a fee, like most other franchises, we are just able to get something out of it with C21
