Lets Just Swipe Houses.

I have contacted one of my associates who showed my listing this past weekend looking for feedback. She's telling me that her buyer really liked the house and wanted to make an offer. Since the buyer's house was also for sale and about to go to contract, she had learned that the buyers that were purchasing her house backed out because her buyers were selling their home in New Jersey, their buyers were denied a mortgage and so they have backed out of the deal. ( confusing??? I hope not ) in other words this is a domino effect. So I keep talking to her and I asked her what kind of a house do they have to sell? and she tells me that it is a side hall colonial in the same area that my homeowners are looking to buy. Here's what I'm thinking... why not have my homeowners take a look at her homeowner's house and if they like it lets just swipe houses.

Sounds different than most would consider but we have had that happen way up here in northern NH a couple of years ago...  Good Luck!
