Everytime you look at your portfolio, do you wince.  Or like some of us have you quit looking at it, because it's to depressing.  Everywhere I turn to listen on TV, Radio & Printed publications I'm told its time to get into real estate. I know, I know, I can hear you right now.  But what about California, Arizona, the east coast.  Well people its time to get out of there and move here!!! And Invest!

You will find that in San Antonio that home values continued to climb despite most of the rest of the country.  In fact home appreciation for the last 12 months was 1.99% in San Antonio and an average of 3.34% over all for the State of Texas.  Add in the fact that San Antonio was voted #3 in the United States by Forbes, Inc. for your best bet in a long term housing market.  The reason Forbes gave for this is San Antonio Job creation growth & housing construction through 2017.  San Antonio reported a 2.9% job growth for the last 12 months.  WOW!  So maybe things aren't so depressing.

So get out of the market and get into the market.  Call your favorite realtor and start investing!!
