Sick of internet explorer... Try Firefox it is an amazing web browser.  It is faster, more secure and more customizable than Internet Explorer.  You can download Firefox and try it out and still keep explorer as you explore firefox.  If you have never used tabbed browsing Firefox makes it easier.

Firefox is highly customizable.  The add-ons are amazing.  One of my favorites is Delicous Bookmarks.  Great way to manage your links.  Another is the All in One Sidebar.  There are literally hundreds of add-ons to customize the way you browse.  On top of it, it is far more secure than Explorer.  Check it out!!

I prefer Firefox...not the resource hog that Internet Explorer is either!

And then there's Chrome from Google, faster than both.

Some back end sites do not work with firefox unfortunately.  Point2 said by January they will work with firefox.  Also for sites that dont work in firefox, add the IE add on and basically you run IE in firefox.

Tried Chrome a few weeks ago.  Nice...but not quite ready for prime-time.  I only used it for 2 days, had lots of problems with site look and functionality (I wasn't using it with anything fancy...just trying to check out various websites to see how they looked).  Promptly uninstalled it.

I, too, LOVE the tabbed browsing.  I used Firefox for quite a while, and while I agree the plugins are terrific (one of them enabling you to have certain sites ALWAYS open using IE), I've now upgraded to IE7 (tried 8...it's still in Beta....had problems...went back to 7) and now have tabbed browsing and have discovered no campatibility issues.  Miss the addons????  Somewhat....I just like relying on 1 browser at this point.
