Greg - Like Seriously? like you should like totally like do that! :)  I thought it was neat, and I also get this question often, and of course there's the HGTV show that does something comparing the same price in various parts of the country.  People are always happy with how much house they can get here when they come from out of town!

The $50K home looks A LOT like my first home, tho I had a 1 car garage.  I have the title abstract from that first home!!!

Hey, Sheree. I like what you've done here. Originally I thought you'd be comparing Wichita to, say, San Diego -- LOL.

Triple those prices and you might be able to find something here in San Diego County.

Russel - I had thought about it, but I wouldn't know what was normal out there and wouldn't want to abuse someone's IDX to accomplish that. ;)

Jim - Yikes. Yikes. Yikes.  I'd have to move in with you guys!

The good part of it is that folks are pleasantly surprised when they move here. for some reason though, they get upset when they sell, forgetting their good deal.  I've had so many of the "Well back where I lived, I could have sold it for XXXXXXXXXXX"

Denise - absolutely crazy! My hubby and I watch some of those shows, and even the before price on the flipped properties seems crazy for us!

Sandy - We're cheap! LOL. :)  Not paying for the Florida sunshine, which we sure could use right now!
