That surely is a cute little home. American as Apple pie. The prices are amazing and continue to be even more so when coupled with the new low interest rates that are available. Hard to imagine that these homes at these kind of prices even exist anymore. But they clearly do.

Thanks Katerina.  Prices for homes in this section of Bowie have finally come down, but only for the foreclosures and short sales.  I added the "average" prices this morning. 

The Best Spot.  It surely will.  In this market there is a certain inevetibility to more. 

Fran.  We intend to take advantage of the "opportunities" for our buyers.

William.  I selected the Cape Cod home in Bowie because of the charm offered.  These homes all have 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths and when Levitt built them back in the 1960s and 1970s, every home had a fruit tree in the back yard.

Lenn it really is incredible the value offered in so many homes. This should go down as one of the best periods of buying oppotunities in our history. It is not often where you find an interest rate environment like this combined with such a large drop in housing values.
