If your friend is buying one of Boston's lofts then he is prepared to shell out a pretty penny! I was just there in June and could not believe the price of real estate.
The same 1500 sq ft house in Ohio that would run $125,00 was hitting $300K and more. And with a whole lot less yard space! It's bizarre - and the property taxes are ... WOW!
I don't even relate to lofts. Out here in cowboy land, a loft is where we put hay. :-))
I've lived in Boston my entire life and never heard of Bushari Group Real Estate. Not sure whose tips of tongues you're hearing. Are they new?
Carol, knowing the amount of money this trust fund baby has, that is just a drop in the bucket for him.
Fred, I can relate to that.
Paul, they are not new.
Hi Danny, My Broker-In-Charge goes every year to the spring training :) (this has been a tradition for him and a buddy for many many years)
Kara, that was one of the biggest plusses about living in Florida that I currently miss.
In 2008, Elad Bushari left Sotheby's, after a successful tenure there, to launch Bushari Group Real Estate. Elad is by no means new to the downtown Boston market, his brokerage is relatively new, but performing quite well.
