16 Comments on December Video Update on the Twin Cities Real Estate Market
Teri that is pretty cool that your RE board puts out a market report on video. A little change of pace with a video is great!
Teri,
Interesting. So does your state assoc. do this every month? Good idea. Opps, I just looked again and noticed it was your local assoc.
What a great way to get the word out. I hope our Board can do something like this. What a great tool to have. Happy Holidays to you!
Bill--It is put out by the Minneapolis Board but I belong to the St. Paul Board. We all use the same MLS so the stats are the same. I think it is very cool and progressive.
Lynda--This is put out as a monthly update by the Minneapolis Association. I think they just started a couple of months ago. I belong to the St Paul Association and I just heard that they are going to try something similar soon. It is a great way for people to get a quick snapshot of the market.
William--I think it adds credibility to the marketing reports I do quarterly. A monthly update from the association is great support and way for agents in the area to give out good information to the public.
Joan--Email a link to someone at your board so they know about it...It is a great tool and I am so happy to have discovered.
A wonderful holiday season to you and your family too!
Very progressive Association of Realtors--I'm impressed-- it's a useful tool for you and your clients.
love the video, consumers must really love it, these days, no one reads , they watch , think youtube, etc.... hope business is good and continues into a better 2009
Teri Your association is to be complimented for this approach - it is not the least bit boring, Karen
Teri, this is a kick! Everyone just sitting around at a meeting. That would be a piece of cake to do. I wonder if our Association does this? ;-) The younger generation is so tech savvy, that can you imagine what it'll be like in another 5 years?
Teri--Funny thing is I am not a part of this association but I have contacted my association and they are working on something similar...St Paul cannot be outdone buy the Minneapolis Association. We do have many forward thinkers in MN. Must be that cold air!
