I like OBEO too. A little expensive in my area, but lovely tool for sellers. I also use AgencyLogic. Try looking it up. It's cheap but effective at SEO.

       I am a Real Tour Vision dealer, and am familiar with Obeo's service.  The issue that I see with realtors is that all these companys have these solution services.  Nobody teaches you how to really effectively list online.  I'm talking exactly the process, and the sales elements that are involved.  Obeo has professional photographers, and most RTV dealers are professional photographers.  I am not.  What I am is an expert in how to effectively list/sell online using the internet as a sales tool.  I offer workshops for realtors, auto, boat, RV dealers on how to do it themselves, or if using an outside company how you want them to do it.  Please take a look at my blog posts.  I will be going to other areas in the upcoming year to offer this workshop.

My business is oriented towards referral (86% of roughly $8MM in sales this year)...I view the internet as being a useful informational tool... also necessary... but asm I going to put all my resources in ti... no. Currently it is about 20% of my budget and 3% of my direct saled... but for information it is hard to beat...
