December - holiday time - time for shopping and parties and good cheer. Usually a very quiet time for real estate. What happened this year. For me it seems like people have come out of the woodwork - listings that have been sitting for months have suddenly had a slew of activity. Offers coming in - buyers coming out. It is it the low mortgage rates or is it a sudden awakening in the fact that its not such a bad market for people to buy homes. Deals are there and rates are low - it's a good time to buy. Spread the good cheer and the word.........

Out of Real Estate
Business is busy working on short sales. A lot of them out there. We are opening a good amount of equity and selling them off with equity still in the homes.
