Celebration is located in northwest Osceola County abutting SR 192 on the south and I4 to the east. It is a master planned community developed by the Walt Disney Company. Ground was broken in 1994 and the first residents arrived in 1996.

Celebration is a mix of communities, health, education, a hotel, a golf course, etc. It has a mix of homes from condominiums, townhomes, cottages, terrace homes all the way up to manor and estate homes. Celebration is compromised of several villages with its fourth phase in the works equaling over 2000 single family homes and townhomes as well as approximately 2000 condominiums.
