Applicants may obtain 100% financing for existing dwellings, purchase a site and build a dwelling, or purchase newly constructed dwellings in rural areas. (Most areas in Baldwin County and a good portion of Mobile County are considered rural by USDA standards). Mortgage payments are based on the household's adjusted income. These loans are generally referred as Section 502 Direct Loans
