Introduction
The idea of Stanley Stager was created by his adoptive parents Lori Kim Polk and Michelle Minch one crisp November morning in 2007. It took a year, but the idea to share the Staging web of communication finally came to be. Stanley used to be a regular staging assistant until a king sized bed fell on him and flattened him. Now Stanley can do things other stagers can't. It's easy for Stanley to travel from place to place and visit all his wonderful ActiveRain friends. All he has to do is to be folded up and placed in an envelope and he can be mailed anywhere.
The Task
You can help to continue his visits to other stagers with the Stanley Stager project. Many of us do not get the opportunity to travel and visit our Staging Friends. Stanley is a cardboard stager that is sent to other willing stagers who would like to participate in his travels and continue the web of communication. The participant who receives Stanley Stager will then document his experience with them and report back to their peers here on ActiveRain.
The Process
- You will Blog about Stanley's time with you and write a short entry in his journal.
- You need to take pictures.
- You need to decide where he should travel next and make arrangements for his travel.
Thank you and have fun with our lil' guy!
