Is Customer Service important to you?

                              Customer Service

Customer Service is very important to me and some times over looked by others.

When I first started selling Real Estate I had this one client from South East Asia. She was very picky about what the number of her house was, where the front door was located, etc.

I worked with her for over 2 months, showed her over 50 homes, would hand deliver faxes that came through to me etc. Believe me, I went out of my way to give her the best Customer Service.

The type of Customer Service that has been lacking from 50% of the companies that I deal with.

My wife and family always tell me, "Robert why do you always complain and give these people a bad time"?

When I first deal with any company or business, I am always polite and calm. But when the quality of Customer Service becomes poor, I let them know about it.

I am what you would call the Customer Service professional.

I will be posting many different blogs through a new group I formed called: Customer Service

Please feel free to join and read about many companies and businesses that I have had very poor Customer Service with.

I have been know to contact The Better Business Bureau on several businesses so if Robert Swetz is comes over to your neck of the woods and stumbles into you Business of company you better make sure he gets great Customer Service.

If anyone would like me to check out the Customer Service of any company or businesses in Las Vegas, Nevada, (my services are FREE).

I truly believe that Customer Service can make or break a business.

If you would ever like to check out my Customer Service, I will be waiting with arms wide open.

Robert You are dead on.  It is no longer about information gathering it is about taking care of the customer's needs.

Gayle - The biggest reason for my blog is the terrible service I have been receiving lately and I am so tired of the excuses. I am still trying to control my photography group, I might have to contact Brad from Activerain, maybe he can help me.

Customer service has definitely gone the way of the dodo bird in most fields.  I just spend a few hours filming a home for a prospective buyer and putting it on the web because she was out of town but she wanted to see it before it was sold to someone else.  It is not hard to have good customer service, it just takes a bit more effort.
