Realtors need to explain to their clients the importance of CC&R's (ya right)

I can not believe how many time my clients call and say where is my CC&R package?  Where is my HOA package?  Here in Las Vegas, we as agents are required to have the clients sign a disclosure stating they are purchasing in a Common Community Association and that they will receive this package in a certain amount of time... It is the law here.  when they receive the package they are required to sign a receipt stating they received the package and initial it, lthey also have to sign that they have read it.  Their Real Estate agent is required to initial and sign that it was delivered and received. 

But yet no matter how much I explain to my clients that they are entering into a HOA community they will still say to me or call me and say where is my CC&R package.  My response is it's the package that is approximately one to two inches thick probably sitting in your file cabinet.  You know the package I gave to you, you signed, initialed and we spoke about this packet throughout the whole Real estate transaction.  Come on you know the package I commented on that if you can't get to sleep at night get out your Home Owners Association package and that will put you right to sleep.
